What is the model's fit?

The sewing pattern for this set includes a wrap crop top with a midi skirt. The crop top ties at the back, and its cut allows it to easily adapt to your body shape. It includes adjustable straps to suit your frame. The skirt is fitted at the waist, with an integrated waistband. It falls to mid-calf. It features a slit that goes up to the middle of the thigh. 

You can easily adjust the length of the skirt as well as the slit. The skirt closes at the back with an invisible zipper. 

What level of sewing experience do I need?

The set has been designed with simple finishes to allow beginners to get started. 

You will encounter, in particular, the following techniques: 

- Installing an invisible zipper 

- Attaching adjustable straps 

- Attaching a facing 

The pattern comes with clear, illustrated instructions to guide you step-by-step.

What is the length of the fabric? Which material should I choose?

To make this set, you'll need the following quantity of fabric:


- For a width of at least 1m40 (4'59) (all sizes), a fabric length of 1m90

- For a width of 1m30 (4'26) (size XS, S, M, L), a fabric length of 1m90 (6'23)

- For a width of 1m30 (4'26) (size XL, XXL), a fabric length of 2m20 (7'21)

- For a width of less than 1m30 (4'26) and at least 1m10 (all sizes), a fabric length of 2m20 (7'21)

You'll also need a 20 cm (7"87) invisible fastener.

I recommend that you sew the model in a light fabric to get a nice finish on the ruffles. You can use cotton, viscose or viscose poplin.

The pattern is available in sizes 34 to 44 / US 2 to US 12.

Size XS : Bust 84 cm (33.1"), Waist 63 cm (24.8"), Hips 89 cm (35.0")

Size S : Bust 88 cm (34.6"), Waist 67 cm (26.4"), Hips 93 cm (36.6")

Size M : Bust 92 cm (36.2"), Waist 71 cm (28.0"), Hips 97 cm (38.2")

Size L : Bust 96 cm (37.8"), Waist 75 cm (29.5"), Hips 101 cm (39.8")

The pattern is sent directly via email upon purchase. You can print it out at home and start sewing whenever you wish.

Sewed this up for a girl friend's birthday. She loved it! I would definitely reinforce the slit on the skirt though, especially if using gauzy fabric.

Je n'ai fait que la jupe (que j'ai fait plus courte), je conseille de faire d'autres pinces si besoin, j'ai eu besoin d'en rajouter une mais le rendu est super ! les instructions par fois un peu longues à comprendre mais dans la globalité c'est super !

Ensemble fait en jersey du coup je n’ai pas mis de fermeture invisible , j’ai cousu la taille entière et avec une élastique c’est avéré simplissime à enfiler bien expliquer avec des illustrations j’ai un très bel ensemble et j’ai récupéré d’un vieux soutif les anneaux et regulateur . Merci pour ce patron
